Chewy Sugar Free Keto Toffee - 5 Minute Sugar Free  Recipe

Lost a good toffee? This Keto Toffee will satisfy your desires and more. Buttery and somewhat sweet, it won't raise your blood sugar like the usual stuff.  

– 1 cup unsalted butter 225g, cut into piece – 5.8 oz allulose 165g / ¾ cup plus 1 tbsp – ⅓ teaspoon sea salt + more for sprinkling on top – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips 180g – ¼ cup toasted almonds 25g, chopped


Cover a 7-by-7-by-1-inch baking sheet with paper that won't stick.  


Step 1

Put the butter, sugar, and salt in a pan. Use a spoon to stir the mixture often over medium-low heat until the butter melts and the allulose dissolves.  

Step 2

Stir the mixture every so often while it's heating up until it reaches 270°F (132C) and turns a rich brown color.   

Step 3

As soon as it turns the right color, take it off the heat and mix in the vanilla. Watch out, because it will sizzle.  

Step 4

Wait two minutes and spoon the mixture onto your baking tray. Wait another 3 minutes to cool, then sprinkle with chocolate chips and let melt for 10 minutes under tin foil.  

Step 5

Spatula-spread melted chocolate chips and add chopped toasted almonds and flaked sea salt.   

Step 6

Put the toffee in the fridge to fully set after letting it cool. Enjoy the pieces.
