Chocolate Avocado Mousse (Keto) - 5 Minute Sugar Free  Recipe

The ideal healthy Keto dessert: thick, creamy, and simple chocolate avocado mousse. Nutrient-rich sugar-free and vegan chocolate avocado pudding!     

– 2 large ripe avocados 350g avocado flesh – ½ cup / 50g cocoa powder unsweetened – ½ cup / 120g coconut cream – ½ cup / 60g powdered sweetener – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon cinnamon – pinch of nutmeg – pinch of sea salt


After placing all of the ingredients in a food processor, the next step is to combine.   


Step 1
