Coconut Tahini Bliss Balls - 5 Minute Sugar Free  Recipe

Bites of sugar-free Coconut Tahini Bliss Balls are soft, delicious, and mildly flavored. A tasty midday treat.  

– 1 cup desiccated coconut 80g, unsweetened – ⅓ cup almond flour 35g – 2 teaspoon coconut oil 9g – 1 tablespoon tahini 16g – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon cinnamon – 1 -2 teaspoon granulated sweetener or more, to taste – 1-2 tablespoon almond milk to loosen, as needed Topping – ¼ cup desiccated coconut 20g


Take a food processor and add the coconut oil and shreds of coconut. Process until a paste forms.  


Step 1

It will take some time. It's fine to have some crunch.  Add the rest of the ingredients and mix them in one more time.   

Step 2

First, add one tablespoon of almond milk and see what happens. If you need to soften the dough, add more.  

Step 3

Make 12 balls that are small enough to bite. Add more shredded coconut on top of the balls.
