Delicious Cuban Sliders Recipe

Potato buns stuffed with meat, cheese, and pickles are coated with garlic butter and baked to perfection in these Cuban sliders. The ideal slider sandwich for parties, game day, or dinner.  

– 12 dinner rolls such as potato rolls or Hawaiian roll – 12 ounces Swiss cheese thinly sliced – 16 ounces deli ham thinly sliced – 1 1/2 cups sliced pickle – 2 tablespoons butter melted – 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 tablespoon chopped parsley – yellow mustard for serving


Warm the oven up to 400 degrees F. Cut the rolls in half across the middle, and then place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.  


Step 1

Cover the bottom of the rolls with half of the cheese. Place the ham on top of the cheese. Put the pickles on top of the cheese.  

Step 2

Put the rest of the cheese on top of the pickles. Cover the cheese with the rolls' tops.  

Step 3

Put the butter and garlic powder in a small bowl and mix them together. Spread the butter mixture on top of the rolls. Take the sandwiches out of the oven and cover them with foil.    

Step 4

Take off the paper and bake the sandwiches for another 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown. Add parsley on top and serve with mustard on the side.
