Fluffy Keto Pumpkin Mousse - 5 Minute Sugar Free  Recipe

It's very easy to make this rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious keto pumpkin mousse. A popular low-carb dessert.  

– ⅔ cup pumpkin puree 130g – ½ cup cream cheese 120g, cold – ¾ cup heavy whipping cream 160g, cold – 3 tablespoon powdered sweetener – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon ginger – ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

INGREDIENTS

You should put all of the ingredients, with the exception of the cream, into a bowl and use an electric mixer to whisk them until they are smooth.  

INSTRUCTIONS 

Step 1

Take a separate bowl and whip the cream until it reaches the desired consistency.  

Step 2

The pumpkin mixture should be folded with the whipped cream.  

Step 3

Use a spoon to transfer the mixture into dessert cups, or scoop it into a piping bag and pipe it.
