Fudgy Keto Brownie In A Mug - 5 Minute Sugar Free  Recipe

Want brownie now? This sugar-free mug brownie recipe works. Mix in a bowl, microwave, and have a fudgy single-serve brownie in 3 minutes. Egg-free!  

– ½ tablespoon coconut flour – 1 tablespoon cocoa powder unsweetened – 1 tablespoon powdered sweetener – ⅛ teaspoon baking powder – 1.5 tbsp peanut butter must be smooth and runny – 3 tbsp almond milk or any nut or seed milk – 1 tablespoon sugar free chocolate chips optional – pinch of sea salt optional


Grease a mug or dish that can go in the microwave (about 3 inches in diameter).  


Step 1

With a fork, mix the cocoa powder, baking powder, sweetener, and (if you want) a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Split up any pieces.   

Step 2

Mix the nut milk and peanut butter together in a different small bowl.   

Step 3

After that, add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until you have a brownie batter.   

Step 4

Last, fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the mug or dish that has been got ready.   

Step 5

Put the microwave on high for one minute (900W). See the notes below for possible microwave times.
