Keto Blueberry Mug Cake - 5 Minute Sugar Free  Recipe

Get your cake fix with a keto blueberry cup cake! Making this sugar-free microwave cake from scratch takes 5 minutes.  

– 2 tablespoon almond flour – 1 tablespoon coconut flour – 1 tablespoon butter melted – 1 egg use a medium egg with ground almonds or coarse almond flour and a large egg with super fine almond flour – 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ¼ teaspoon baking powder – 10 blueberries 27g


A bowl should have almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sugar. These should all be mixed together. Be careful to break up any clumps.  


Step 1

Whisk the egg in a different bowl. After the butter has cooled, add it along with the vanilla extract and mix them together with a whisk.  

Step 2

Now, add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until you have a smooth batter.  

Step 3

Put butter in a mug or dish and pour the batter into it. Leave a small space at the top and press the blueberries into the middle.  

Step 4

Heat the food in the microwave for 80 seconds (this time will depend on how strong your microwave is). See the notes below for possible microwave times.
