Keto Cheesecake Fluff - 5 Minute Sugar Free  Recipe

Make fragrant keto cheesecake fluff in 5 minutes with 5 ingredients. The mousse tastes like light, creamy cheesecake. Low-carb, gluten-free, sugar-free. Only 2g net carbs per serving!  

– 1 cup / 250g cream cheese – 1 cup / 240ml double cream / heavy cream – ¼ cup / 40g powdered sweetener use ⅓ cup / 60g if you like sweeter dessert – 1 teaspoon lemon juice – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – zest of 1 lemon – ½ cup / 60g raspberries or other berries optional


Using an electric mixer, blend the powdered sweetener, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in a bowl until the mixture is smooth.  


Step 1

In a different bowl, beat the heavy cream (double cream in the US) until it's hard but not stiff.  

Step 2

With a spoon, mix the cream cheese mix and the whipped cream together.  

Step 3

Put the cheesecake fluff into 6 dessert bowls with a spoon or a pipe.  

Step 4

You can add berries, mint, and more lemon zest as decorations if you want to.
