Keto Chocolate Mug Cake - 5 Minute Sugar Free  Recipe

A luscious keto chocolate cup cake with sugar-free chocolate chips and creamy chocolate sauce. It cooks in 90 seconds!  

– 1 ½ tablespoon coconut flour – ½ tsp baking powder – 2 tablespoon cacao powder or cocoa powder – 2 tbsp powdered sweetener – 1 egg medium – 5 tablespoon heavy cream – 2 tablespoon sugar free chocolate chips optional – ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract optional


Put the baking powder, cacao powder, sugar, and coconut flour in a bowl and mix them together. Check to see if there are any lumps.    


Step 1

Place the egg, cream, and vanilla extract in the bowl. Combine well. There will be a moment of silence after adding the chocolate chips.   

Step 2

In two mugs or ramekins, melt ½ teaspoon of butter for 30 seconds each to grease the inside.   

Step 3

You need to do this step before you can put your mug cakes on a plate. Use a spoon to split the batter between the mugs or pots.   

Step 4

For 90 seconds, heat both ramekins on high at the same time. If you keep heating the cakes in the microwave, they will dry out.  

Step 5
