Keto Marzipan (Sugar Free) - 5 Minute Sugar Free  Recipe

Five minutes to make keto marzipan! Soft and silky, this sugar-free marzipan tastes real without carbs! It offers numerous ways to alter and enjoy this recipe.  

– 2 cup / 200g almond flour or ground almond – 1 egg (beaten) OR 2 tablespoon water / rose water – ⅔ cup / 107g powdered sweetener (use up to ¾ cup / 120g or even 1 cup / 160g if you prefer a sweet marzipan) – 2 teaspoon almond extract – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional, but recommended

INGREDIENTS

In order to make a ball of dough, all of the ingredients should be placed in a food processor and processed until they are completely combined.   

INSTRUCTIONS 

Step 1

One further option is to use your hands to knead the mixture until it is completely smooth.  

Step 2

Taste, and if additional sweetener is required, increase the amount that is used.  

Step 3

Form into a log and cut into slices, or form into balls that weigh 15 grams each and dip in cocoa powder.   

Step 4

Choose whichever method you like. For an additional option, you may coat them with sugar-free chocolate that has been melted. Place it in the refrigerator to chill.
