Keto Pumpkin Mug Cake - 5 Minute Sugar Free  Recipe

Did you know pumpkin makes chocolate cake moister and fudgier? Keto pumpkin mug cake is low-carb, gluten-free, and sugar- Enjoy with or without chocolate glaze!  

– ¼ cup / 25g almond meal or ground almonds. If using extra-fine almond flour, reduce to 3 tablespoon – ⅓ cup / 90g pumpkin puree – 1 ½ tablespoon granulated sweetener – 1 egg large – 2 tablespoon cocoa powder – ¼ teaspoon baking powder – ¼ tsp vanilla extract optional

INGREDIENTS

Use a fork to combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.  

INSTRUCTIONS 

Step 1

Put the batter into two small ramekins or cups, or into one dessert bowl that can be heated in the microwave.  

Step 2

The microwave should be used for a duration of 1 ½ to 2 minutes.  

Step 3

You can either eat it straight from the cup, ramekin, or bowl, or you can turn it over onto a plate.   

Step 4

Garnish with chocolate glaze, which may be found in the notes section of the recipe.
