Keto Vanilla Mug Cake - 5 Minute Sugar Free  Recipe

One of my favorite quick desserts is keto cup cake. Like a single-serve vanilla pound cake. Perfect for a quick sugar-free dessert in the mug or on a platter!  

– 2 tablespoon almond flour use only 1 ½ if super-fine – 1 tbsp coconut flour – 1 tbsp butter melted – 1 egg medium, room temperature – 1 tbsp granulated sweetener – 1 tsp vanilla extract – ¼ tsp baking powder

INGREDIENTS

A bowl should have almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sugar. These should all be mixed together. Be careful to break up any clumps.  

INSTRUCTIONS 

Step 1

Use a fork to beat the egg in a second bowl. After the butter has cooled, add it along with the vanilla extract and mix them together with a whisk.  

Step 2

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ones until you get a smooth batter.  

Step 3

Put butter in a mug or dish and pour the batter into it. Use a 900W microwave for 80 seconds.   

Step 4

There are notes below with baking times for each power setting. You can drink it straight from the mug or turn it over on a plate.
