No Bake Nutella Bars - 5 Minute Sugar Free  Recipe

My no-bake nutella bars have hazelnuts, seeds, and lots of dark chocolate. Even better, these crunchy snacks are keto-friendly since they include homemade sugar-free nutella.  

– 1 cup sugar free nutella 250g, room temperature (make 1 batch) – 1 cup hazelnuts 140g, blanched – ¼ cup pumpkin seeds 32g – ¼ cup sunflower seeds 35g – 1.75 oz dark chocolate 50g, melted, or ¼ cup chocolate chip


In a food processor, pulse the hazelnuts until they are broken up into a mix of big and small bits.  


Step 1

Cut the chocolate into pieces. Melt it in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, for a total of 90 seconds.   

Step 2

When half of the chocolate is melted, stop stirring and keep going until it's all melted.  

Step 3

Melt the chocolate in a food processor and add the pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Blend the ingredients together until they are well mixed. It will stick together and be strong.  

Step 4

Spread the mix out on a tray lined with parchment paper. It was 2 cm thick after I pressed it down and made it into a square.  

Step 5

Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until set, then cover with cling film. Make bars and eat them!
