Nutella Crepes With Berries  Recipe

It's easy to make these Nutella crepes. Just use a blender to make the crepes, then fill them with Nutella and fresh berries. Top them with whipped cream.  

– 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 tablespoon granulated sugar – 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt – 1 1/2 cups milk (I used 1%) – 4 large egg – 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted + more for pan – 3/4 cup Nutella – 1 1/2 cups mixed berries – 3/4 cup whipped cream or whipped topping – fresh mint optional

INGREDIENTS

Put flour, salt, sugar, milk, eggs, and 3 tablespoons of melted butter into a mixer.  

INSTRUCTIONS 

Step 1

For about 30 seconds, puree the liquid until it is smooth. Wait 15 minutes before using the batter.  

Step 2

Turn on medium heat and heat up a 12-inch nonstick pan. Cover lightly with more butter.   

Step 3

Add a little over a third of a cup of batter and swirl it around to cover the bottom of the pan. For two to three minutes, or until the bottom of the crepe is golden brown.  

Step 4

Use a spatula to loosen crepe edge, then flip with fingertips. Cook 1 minute more. Remove crepe from skillet and repeat with batter.  

Step 5

Put about 1.5 tablespoons of nutella on top of each crepe and then sprinkle some berries on top.   

Step 6

You can make a triangle out of each crepe. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top and serve right away. If you want, add mint as a garnish.
